Lu Stasko, Member Manager (marketing, publicity) A veteran publicist, Lu Stasko has spent over 24 years gaining exposure for a wide variety of organizations – from non-profit advocacy groups to a network of hydroponic farmers. Through her long-standing marketing and public relations firm, The Stasko Agency, she has served some of Colorado’s most successful restaurants, real estate developments, hotels and retailers, securing media placements to provide credibility and awareness for their offerings.An entrepreneur at heart, Ms. Stasko is particularly skilled at developing marketing strategies for start-ups. In addition to her PR firm, she has also founded the SEO company WebMaster4Rent, Inc., where she served as co-president before selling her interest to a partner. She has also taken a number of other firms from conception to full production, including Bing.com, the predecessor to Prima Research LLC.Ms. Stasko began her career coordinating promotions at a landmark shopping mall in the Denver-area during its grand opening year. Before launching her PR firm, she provided marketing support and business development for a Japanese beef exporting company, Zenchiku (USA) Inc. Ms. Stasko was a finalist for the 2010 Center for Innovation, Metropolitan State University Alumni Entrepreneur of the Year Award presented by The Community Financial Services Association of America. In 2007, she received the Vincent O’Flaherty Award for significant contribution and commitment to Denver’s Highland Neighborhood, where she helped found a neighborhood merchant association and organizes events to foster a greater sense of community. Ms. Stasko has a BS degree in Marketing with an emphasis in International Business from Metropolitan State University of Denver. |

Judson D. Cary, Esq., Member (licensing, patent law) Mr. Cary is a registered patent attorney and has extensive experience in patent law, intellectual property licensing, and complex commercial transactions, particularly in the telecommunications sector. Mr. Cary has been counsel to CableLabs (VP, Deputy General Counsel), MediaOne (now Comcast), and U S WEST (now CenturyLink). Prior to his legal career, Mr. Cary was a Member of Technical Staff in the Artificial Intelligence Group at U S WEST Advanced Technologies. Mr. Cary started his legal career at the Silicon Valley intellectual property law firm of Fenwick & West, and served as a legal intern at Nippon Telephone & Telegraph (NTT) in Tokyo, Japan. Mr. Cary received his juris doctorate from Santa Clara University, where he graduated cum laude and was articles editor for the Santa Clara Law Review. He also holds a Masters of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Math & Computer Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder. |

Christopher Price, Member (innovator, co-inventor) Mr. Price is an innovative leader with over 20 years of broad experience in nonprofit management, strategic partnership development, distribution and logistics, data and location-gathering methods and decision support systems. He is currently the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Bright Beginnings, an influential early childhood development nonprofit founded by a renowned CEO of Proctor and Gamble and a sitting Governor of the State of Colorado. Previously, he was an independent management consultant to the telecommunications, call-center, technology, online retail, and other industries. Earlier in his career, he was a senior strategist and team leader for AT&T Broadband (now Comcast) and embraced numerous roles in call-center operations, operations consulting, product development, product marketing, and R&D for a teleconference industry pioneer. Mr. Price earned his MBA in Entrepreneurship and Venture Management from the University Denver. |

Gregory J. Beveridge, Member (technology, co-inventor) Mr. Beveridge is a telecommunications senior executive with 40 years of industry experience in broadcast engineering, public switched telephony, cable television and hosted applications service provider businesses. Formerly the President of Beveridge Consulting, Inc., Mr. Beveridge also previously served as Vice President for Digital Transport and Technical Operations with AuraServ Communications, Vice President – Technology Strategy for MediaOne (now Comcast), and Chief of Technology for U S West International, Inc. (now CenturyLink). He holds eleven U.S. and international patents. Mr. Beveridge sits on the Technical Committee and the Community Advisory Board of KBDI-TV, a public television station in Denver, Colorado. He is a member of the Society of Broadcast Engineers, a past member of IEEE, an Extra-class Amateur Radio operator (call sign WB7AHO), and a past board member of Telenet Flanders in Belgium. Mr. Beveridge graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from Arizona State University. |
